Our beds provide a safe space for your pup to relax in, with the raised rim, ultra soft padding and covers it allows them to mimic being hugged by their mother.
We use only the highest quality materials and take pride in the production of our beds. Extra filling, removable and washable covers and high quality zippers are all features you will find on our products
The covers of all of our beds are removable and machine washable. We do not recommend washing the inner inserts, if necessary hand wash only.
All beds come with a 12 month warranty
Our company and products are incorporated and designed in Australia. Production takes place in China where we are able to work closely with our supplier to bring you the highest quality products at an affordable price.
Although we are very confident they will, we do offer a 14 day free return policy.
Our products are only available on our online store. We prefer to sell directly to our customers to keep the prices as low as we can

Each custom product takes 3-5 days to create from scratch. To reduce the time it takes to get the product to you, our custom products are developed, finished and customised before being sent directly from our overseas warehouse.
This significantly reduces the wait times for customers. Due to the customisation the average delivery time ranges roughly 14-21 business days.
Due to their personalised nature, custom products are unable to be returned unless there is a clear fault or error in the product. Non-custom lifestyle essential products fall under our 14 day free return policy.
Our custom products are created and sent from our warehouses in China and the USA
Sure, as long as our fulfilment team haven’t already shipped your order. If they have please allow for the bed to be delivered and leave it unopened so they can provide you with a return shipping label.
If the order has not been shipped yet email in with “URGENT order edit” in the subject title. The team will make any amendments, if it has been shipped they will work with you and the courier to have it redirected where possible
